好评Hotel's location is good. Subway is right under the hotel, and it takes about 35 minutes to airport by subway or 50 minutes by airport bus. Easy to find local delicious around the hotel. Swimming pool is good. Rm is not very big and not tall enough, but it's clean and service good.

好评Stayed in this hotel before, under Marriott brand. Did not notice much change undfer the new management (LN Hospitality). Like big room size there and central, yet relatively quiet, location.

好评酒店是老牌五星,设施和装修等略显旧派,但是该有的都有,楼下的食街吃饭喝茶不错。不得不说的是酒店的服务略让人不爽,可能是客流量大的原因,办理各项服务都要排队。登记入住后发现门禁卡打不开,到服务台,这个柜台推那个柜台,那个柜台又让我重新排队,让疲惫的我真心无语。其他都不错,卫生间也很大,发票和收银等都很规范。

好评酒店前台人员业务能力有待提高。办理入住时各种反应迟钝,报姓名说没预定,给酒店预订号也查不到,折腾半天最后说他把姓名搞错了!(瞬间黑线)。房间入住挺满意。

好评对携程的订单不太友好,楼层比较低,不过作为老牌的五星级酒店,服务和维护还可以,可惜就是不再参加万豪的品牌了
